The Britannia Loss Prevention team hosted its latest webinar, 2020 Global Sulphur Cap – Impact and Future Developments.
The 1 January 2020 was an important date in modern shipping history as it marked the implementation of MARPOL’s global sulphur cap regulations limiting the sulphur content of marine fuels to 0.5%. The focus of the webinar was on what we have learned from both a Club and a wider industry perspective along with the legal implications following the introduction of the new regulations. The webinar explored future potential developments.
