Greece is an important market for Britannia and currently accounts for more than 12% of our Membership. The establishment of an office in Piraeus in October 2018 dedicated to servicing the Greek market enables us to enhance our service delivery and continue to grow in the area.

Headed by Konstantinos Samaritis – a qualified Greek lawyer and accredited mediator. He joined Britannia’s Managers, Tindall Riley, in 2018, having previously worked in both Standard and Skuld’s Greek operations for ten years. Konstantinos has also worked for a US listed shipowner and at a local law firm.

Assisting Konstantinos in Greece are Associate Director Denise Dellow, Fleet Manager Vasilios Kakamoukas and Claims Manager Ruth Dresser. Both Denise and Vasilios have been working with our Greek Members from the London office and have moved to the Greek office since its opening. Ruth joined last year, having previously worked in Standard’s office in Greece. Managing the day-to-day operations in the office is Penelope Foka.
