Our Correspondents in China, Huatai, have issued circular PNI2001, advising of guidelines recently issued by CHINA MSA which detail how Maritime Authorities are to inspect shipboard procedures and practices regarding the use of compliant fuel oil or alternative measures to comply with the IMO 2020 Low Sulphur Regulations, which were implemented on 01 January 2020.
