2019 NOVEL CORONAVIRUS: UPDATE

The World Health Organisation (WHO) reported an outbreak of 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in Wuhan, Hubei province, China on 31 Dec 2019. As of 29 January 2020, authorities in China have reportedly identified over 6000 confirmed cases, and 132 deaths. Various countries have published guidance on the Coronavirus and further information is available on our focus page.
The situation is changing daily and the club is receiving regular updates from its correspondents. Members are advised to check the current position via the websites of the WHO, local medical health authorities and the Club.
