IMPRUDENT TRADING
The Association shall not insure the Assured against any liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or consequent upon an insured Ship carrying contraband, blockade running, or being employed in an unlawful trade, or performing any voyage or being employed in any trade if the Association having regard to all the circumstances shall be of the opinion that the nature of the carriage, trade or voyage in which the Ship was engaged was imprudent, unsafe, unduly hazardous or improper.
